Examples of our work: concrete batching plant and asphalt plant automation software running in the field, machine design and kinematic animation, seismic and structural calculation reports, and software we develop for CAD programs. For each example we briefly explain what we solved and what we delivered; the details are on the related pages.
Plant automation

Software · Asphalt plant · Running in the field
DKT APlants: asphalt plant control software
PC-based automation software that runs the whole asphalt plant from one screen. It is running at an installed plant in the field.
- Cold feed dosing, burner and dryer drum, exhaust and baghouse filter line, and bitumen weighing in one program
- Thermal overload tracking on every motor, machine start priority and siren
- Production records, event log and session recovery
- Dark theme for the control room, light theme for the office; touch-friendly interface
Software · Concrete batching plant
DKT CPlants: concrete batching plant software
PC-based concrete batching plant automation software that runs the whole batch cycle, from moisture correction to the delivery note. It works with a Delta PLC over Modbus TCP.
- Moisture correction: recipes are written in dry weight while the aggregate in the bin is wet; CPlants corrects the aggregate up and the water down
- Cumulative weighing, in-flight (free fall) compensation per bin and jog feeding near the target
- Two-line batch cycle, orders by m³ and delivery notes
- All plant inputs and outputs are defined in a single file
Machine design and analysis
Machine design · Kinematic analysis · Animation
Tilting mechanism: 3D design and kinematic animation
We designed a cylinder-driven tilting mechanism in 3D, analysed its motion and prepared its animation. The animation shows how the mechanism works before it is built.
- 3D model and photorealistic render
- Kinematic analysis: the platform turning from horizontal to vertical
- Technical animation showing how the mechanism works

Structural analysis · Seismic load · Eurocode
20.5 m tall load-bearing structure: seismic and static analysis
We calculated the seismic load of a 20.5 m tall load-bearing structure to EN 1998-1, simulated the structure statically and reported the results.
- Seismic load to EN 1998-1: base shear force of 1,635 kN for a total vertical load of 5,200 kN
- Static simulation: materials, connectors, loads, mesh and results
- All calculations and results in one report
CAD software

CAD software · Production preparation
DKT İş Hazırlama: preparing 3D models for production
Software that works with SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA and similar CAD programs and prepares 3D assembly models for production. It automates tasks that are prone to careless mistakes when done by hand.
- Sorts assembly parts into sheet metal, weldment profiles and solid bodies, listed with quantity, mirror quantity and material
- Saves sheet metal parts by thickness and profiles by type, each separately
- Prepares technical drawings of parts made from solid material with the selected template
- Bolt placement: selects bolts of the right diameter and length for matching holes, places them and produces the bolt list with quantities
How we work
We clarify the need
We look at the machine, the site or the existing system and put the scope and the expected outputs in writing.
We design and calculate
3D model, static and kinematic calculations; for automation projects, the IO list and IO map.
We test before the site
We try the software in simulation and the mechanism in animation, and catch problems before production.
We deliver
We commission the software on site or deliver the required outputs: 3D model, technical drawings, calculation report, animation.
Have a similar project?
