DKT CPlants — Concrete batching plant
Moisture-corrected weighing, a two-line batch cycle, orders in m³ and delivery notes. Recipe aggregate is dry, the aggregate in the bin is wet — the software corrects the difference in every batch.
DKT APlants — Asphalt plant
Dosing, burner and dryer, exhaust and baghouse line, bitumen weighing. Thermal fault tracking on every motor and a machine priority sequence; running on an operating plant.

New: welding robots
Welding robots with machine vision
Every welding robot we deliver carries our own machine vision system. Skilled welders and robot programmers are hard to find, so the robot sees the seam, follows it and welds by itself.
Welding carriage
For tank, silo and pipe welding: a camera scans the seam and corrects drift by itself; 2 lasers keep the torch distance constant.
AI welding robot arm
Your welder marks the weld spot with chalk, AI recognises the mark and the robot welds. No programming for each new part.

Founded in 2021, DKT Tasarım ve Yazılım works on machine design and industrial software in Ostim, Ankara. There is no gap between mechanical design and software: the team that draws the machine also does its calculations and writes its software.
